Roles and Responsibilities

For Complex Care Assistants:

  • Deliver specialized care tailored to clients with medical or physical conditions.
  • Support with mobility, medication, and clinical needs as outlined in care plans.
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor clients’ health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed care records and follow health and safety protocols.

For General Carers:

  • Help clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and errands.
  • Provide personal care while respecting clients’ dignity and independence.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to achieve the best outcomes.

For Live-In Carers:

  • Provide round-the-clock support, living in the client’s home.
  • Assist with all aspects of personal care, household tasks, and companionship.
  • Ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
  • Be available to handle emergencies or unexpected needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.05-£18.05 per hour
